Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Taxpipe CT600 corporation tax return filing service ("Service") operated at taxpipe.co.uk. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Taxpipe is a trading name. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Taxpipe.
2. Service Description
Taxpipe provides an online service for filing CT600 corporation tax returns to HMRC on behalf of UK limited companies. The Service includes data entry, automatic tax computation, iXBRL accounts generation, and electronic submission to HMRC.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide through the Service, including company details, financial data, and Government Gateway credentials. You must have the authority to file tax returns for the company on whose behalf you are using the Service.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment for the Service is processed securely by Stripe. All fees are displayed before you confirm your filing.
You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Your CT600 return has not yet been submitted to HMRC at the time of your refund request.
- HMRC rejects your return due to a software error caused by Taxpipe (not errors in the data you provided).
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment. To request a refund, email info@taxpipe.co.uk with your company name and the email address associated with your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
4a. 100% Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our service with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund subject to the conditions set out in Section 4 above.
This guarantee does not cover situations where a return has already been successfully submitted to HMRC and accepted, as we cannot reverse a submission once HMRC has received it. If your return was rejected by HMRC due to a Taxpipe software error, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of submission status.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software comprising the Service are the property of Taxpipe. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Taxpipe is not a firm of accountants or tax advisers. The Service is a software tool for filing CT600 returns. We do not provide tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your tax return.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxpipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any penalties or interest imposed by HMRC as a result of errors in your tax return.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
